Hot Traditional 26

The unique method involves a set series of 26 poses, each of which is performed in an exact order and repeated twice within a 60-minute period. These 26 poses mainly consist of traditional Hatha poses, as well as 2 breathing exercises.

Warm Yin

Yin Yoga, previously know as Deep Stretch in our studio, offers quiet contemplative practice to focus on the connective tissues. Poses are held for extended periods, promoting mobility and relaxation. Use props, let gravity do the work, and get passive stretch. You will recover better from your other athletic activities and enhance the benefit you will see from it. Bring water, towel and mat.

Warm Restorative

Focus on the passive release of mind-body tension with this slow-paced, long-held pose style of Yoga. We’ll have supportive props to make this the most beginner friendly, and it can also help with injury recovery and other health problems.
