We recommend all newcomers to join a Hatha class. This is a great class for both beginners and experienced yogis.
We also offer a range of classes for your tastes and needs, whether that means sweating more, needing to relax, or you just need to let go for a while.

New to hot yoga? We use an infrared heater that doesn’t dry you out, but you’re definitely going to sweat. (So, bring water and a towel!) Sweating can also flush toxins out of your body.
The infrared heating increases your range of motion and it penetrates joints and muscles to boost regeneration. Plus, it makes your workout that much more satisfying!
